  • Coach Accountability

“I have worked with Callum since 2019 when a serious back condition had begun to limit my mobility, his coaching has enabled me to build up strength in a way that is appropriate for me and always feels safe. He has a forensic attention to detail and constantly updates his knowledge base. Coaching from Callum is always challenging and fun, he is a lovely guy to work with, and without him I would have lost the ability to do the things I love, such as hiking with my dog.”

- Kate Powell, Longevity Member

"Callum provides challenging and hugely varied and enjoyable exercises both to overcome a problem with my hip and to extend my mobility/flexibility and general fitness as I become progressively older! I have never found going to the gym particularly enjoyable, but I now choose to go."
