We’re looking for:
12 Fell/Trail Runners
Who race, or tackle hard day/s out regularly
Interested in incorporating S&C to their training in a systematic manner
Have 2 or 3 periods of 30 - 60 minutes available per week for S&C
Open minded, critical and reflective of what they do in training
WHAT’S INCLUDED?

12 week on-boarding program covering 3 x 4 week phases

Online Delivery with Q&A and community group

Option to add in-person coaching sessions for those local to the Proper Performance Lab

Flexible programs that can be done at home or the gym and fit around current running practice

Sessions tailored around your running specific training and competitive goals, where necessary exposing you to a variety of S&C sessions

A progressive exercise system, mostly moving from general to specific training
