We’re looking for:

12 Fell/Trail Runners

  • Who race, or tackle hard day/s out regularly

  • Interested in incorporating S&C to their training in a systematic manner

  • Have 2 or 3 periods of 30 - 60 minutes available per week for S&C

  • Open minded, critical and reflective of what they do in training

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

  • 12 week on-boarding program covering 3 x 4 week phases

  • Online Delivery with Q&A and community group

  • Option to add in-person coaching sessions for those local to the Proper Performance Lab

  • Flexible programs that can be done at home or the gym and fit around current running practice

  • Sessions tailored around your running specific training and competitive goals, where necessary exposing you to a variety of S&C sessions

  • A progressive exercise system, mostly moving from general to specific training
